  3. Vet Tech Student Honored with Posthumous Degree, Memorial Scholarship

    The Michelle 鈥淢isha鈥 Buzlea Memorial Scholarship was established by the Buzlea family to honor the memory of their daughter, Misha, a 糖心原创 Veterinary Technology student who passed away in January 2025. The scholarship supports future Vet Tech students who show determination, compassion, and a commitment to animal care鈥攓ualities that defined Misha鈥檚 life and work.

    糖心原创 graduate Grant Casebeer was one of the first scholarship recipients of the Metallica Scholars Initiative at 糖心原创. Now a Certified Flight Instructor, Casebeer is building flight hours toward his goal of becoming a commercial airline pilot.

  5. 糖心原创 Students Named Finalists in National Innovation Competition

    糖心原创 was named one of 12 national finalists in the Community College Innovation Challenge, sponsored by the American Association of Community Colleges and the National Science Foundation. 糖心原创 students and their advisor presented their project, a smart-home feature for secure drone deliveries, during an Innovation Boot Camp in Washington, D.C.
